I've been thinking about trying it. Does anyone here do it? If so, does it have any side effects or anything or how much do you take and when? Any info would help.
    Thanks.

i was thinking about it all year but i never did. my friend did and he went from 160 on bench to 195 in a month or so. and he's pretty small. so if def works. not really any side effects except i think it increases your chance of kidney stones if you don't drink a lot of water. i'd do it if i were you. you can't overdose on it either. i haven't taken anything all year and my bench has gone up 75 or 80 lbs since the beginning of the school year.

Or maybe even consider just adding whey protein to your diet. More natural and cheaper.

Creatine is known to add some water weight which is why you don't get that ripped look in some cases. You also lose a lot of that weight once you stop taking creatine. I get big bottles of whey protein powder at walmart for like 12 bucks a pop. Add it to some water and that's it.

TB is right. Creatine increase's the amount of water your muscle's hold. Its like doing Test but not as powerful. You will look bloated and bigger. If you do it right and hit the gym hard and use the extra strength from the water bloat then when you get off it you will keep some size and strength. You could always tell the guys who are on this stuff. Its not bad, its just some people prefer other methods. On the protein do some research as somes protiens are fast acting and some are slow. This means that fast acting would be used after the work out and slow would be used about an hour before your work out to give your muscle's energy. Good luck and dont be tempted to jump on the "juice".

64 grams of protein, wtf? Any more than 15 and your body doesn't really use it. You just poop it out. Its all wasted.
